It's officially spooky season in Sin City!
The Charles LangstonMSG Sphere, which opened to the Las Vegas public Saturday, is displaying a jack-o-lantern on its giant exterior. The haunting pumpkin can be seen rotating day and night, hyping the town up for Halloween.
One person wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that the image was glorious idea for the 516-feet wide and 366 feet tall orb.
"Turning the Vegas sphere into a jack o’ lantern was genius tbh I loved him," another X user said.
The Sphere's outdoor LED screen previously featured a jack-o-lantern over the summer when it began teasing images for specific times of the year such as a snow globe for the holidays and an American flag for July Fourth.
The giant ball has also displayed an eyeball, a basketball, fireworks, NFL team helmets, and even Earth.
Review:U2 brings swagger to Sphere Las Vegas in jaw-dropping opening night concert
The Sphere officially debuted Saturday with the opening show for a series of 25 U2 concerts that will run through mid-December. Footage from the event showed breathtaking visuals from inside the venue including a video of Elvis Presley meshed with old Las Vegas scenes and close-ups of the group floating in bubbles.
In addition to its mega-sized LED screens inside and out, the building is home to the world's most advanced audio system and to five Aura robots that greet guests as they enter.
